At a time when the word "trans" is being removed from public places, we at UUCF are working to become ever more visible in our support for trans and nonbinary people. This multicongregational Service with Northwest UU and 1st UU Detroit will expand our awareness and affirm our commitment to justice and safety for trans people.

Using dance as a metaphor, in this Service we will explore what it means for UUCF to share ministry and leadership. Sometimes we lead, sometimes we follow, sometimes we pay attention to the rhythms of our hearts. Come explore together.
Loss and grief touch our lives in myriad ways, yet many of us feel unsure how to respond when they show up in our communities. This sermon reflects on what it means to be a grief-literate community and invites us to grow our capacity to accompany one another through loss with honesty, humility, and love.
