The 2500 year old teachings of the Buddha on compassion, interconnectedness, and living an examined life can serve us well in today’s turbulent, divisive times. This talk focuses on how we can use the teachings of the Buddha to helps attain both personal and global peace and security.

This is the final week of our NVC series where we will be discussing requests and how they differ from demands and wishes. We will demonstrate how clear, positive requests can ensure that we are understood and that our needs and the needs of those around us are met.
