What does it mean to add one more space to our table? Through the Guest At Your Table program with the UU Service Committee, we will explore the ways we live our value of generosity in everything we do. At this service we will also have a moment of shared generosity through a Thanksgiving Bread Communion.

The Resurrected Life; Guest Speaker Rev. Samantha Evans-Khek
So much of our rhetoric around the resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth revolves around “correct belief” or orthodoxy, but perhaps we should be talking about orthopraxy, or “correct praxis.” How we live out the resurrection is so much more important than what we believe about resurrection. During this service, we will explore how to be a “resurrection people,” who boldly proclaim that another way is possible. We don’t have to live in fear and be led through violence and coercion. We can be the people, guided by Love and cooperation, who commit to building a better world here and now.
