In this month of holidays, let’s gather to explore the mysteries of faith and the sacred. This Sunday we will be welcoming in new members and celebrating our diversity of spirituality.

Have you ever wondered about the mysteries of ordinary …in this multigen service we will explore the mysteries of both science and spirituality. As we move into the winter holidays and the wonder they bring, let us come together and experience the wonder of life through community.

Can generosity be a spiritual practice? What would it look like in our lives to make generosity a daily habit? Let’s come contemplate generosity as a way of living.

What does it mean to add one more space to our table? Through the Guest At Your Table program with the UU Service Committee, we will explore the ways we live our value of generosity in everything we do. At this service we will also have a moment of shared generosity through a Thanksgiving Bread Communion.

Across the United States there are ongoing efforts to ban books. Banning books is not a thing of the past! In this service we will celebrate and affirm our right to free speech.

Together with our youngest congregants we will explore how we can continue to expand our circle of love and care. Through storytelling and a little creativity, this service will give us the opportunity to grow and learn in new ways.

This service will create space for honoring those in our lives who are no longer with us physically but are always held in our hearts. This multigen service will include families in costumes, remembrance altars, and special music from the choir.

Understanding the importance of your heritage illuminates your life’s museum colors as you consider your values, beliefs, traditions, Identity, and social context. Understanding your heritage also tethers the charge of causing a greater ripple in history or interrupting the current.

All sentient beings have the ability to bless us humans if we are open to experiencing their presence. In this service, we will honor and bless our animal companions and thank them for their love. Animals on leashes or in containers are welcome to attend this service with their humans!

From the compelling collection of their recently published, award-winning book, “The Ones Who Remember; Second-Generation Voices of the Holocaust”, two contributing authors will read excerpts highlighting the gifts and challenges of growing up with their Holocaust Survivor parents and share insights on the themes revealed in writing by the second generation.
