Using dance as a metaphor, in this Service we will explore what it means for UUCF to share ministry and leadership. Sometimes we lead, sometimes we follow, sometimes we pay attention to the rhythms of our hearts. Come explore together.
This Sunday after election day Service, we will use the framework from Prentis Hemphill’s book, “What it Takes to Heal: How Transforming Ourselves Can Change the World” to contemplate how even in uncertain times we can make space for healing and growth.
Superheroes transform physically and emotionally. They transform from “ordinary” people to people who take on obstacles as they learn about themselves. This Service celebrates the conclusion of the stewardship campaign, a time when UUCF became superheroes to each other and to the Beloved Community we wish to see in the world. Come celebrate National Superhero Day with UUCF!
