We Believe in Seeds Even in Winter

When the concentration camps were cleared after WWII ended, an inscription was found on a wall that includes the line “I believe in the sun even when it isn’t shining.” On this Sunday before the inauguration of an administration at our multicongregation Service at 1st UU Detroit, we will lean into believing in the seeds of joy, hope, and love even when we can’t see them.

Blessings of the New Year

In 2025 and beyond we are going to need all the beauty and blessings we can get! The beginning of this new calendar year is a time for sharing joy and beautiful intentions. This multigenerational Service will celebrate all of who we are and wish to be as we continue to make space for all.

Christmas Eve Service at 1st UU Detroit

This year we are invited to join 1st UU Detroit for their Christmas Eve Service! We will share in the joy of community as we celebrate a Unitarian Christmas Eve Service together.
