Using the teachings of Thich Naht Hanh, we will explore what it means to have a Beginner’s Mind. With a Beginner’s Mind, we can experience joy and wonder every day!
This Sunday brings to a close our “What Will You Bring to the Pot?” stewardship campaign. Together we will celebrate all that we have accomplished this year and share in gratitude for the ways we continue to live our values, even in challenging times.
Come hear from our youth about what they’ve learned, how they’ve grown and celebrated together over the course of this year! They will lead the Service and share reflections.
Service on this Pride Sunday will be located at 1st UU Detroit. Four congregations will join together in a joyous celbration of pride before heading down to march in the Motor City Pride Parade!
