Using the teachings of Thich Naht Hanh, we will explore what it means to have a Beginner’s Mind. With a Beginner’s Mind, we can experience joy and wonder every day!
Sometimes the best place we can find our spirit is by celebrating community with others. In lieu of a traditional Sunday Service, come and join us for a casual Sunday of games and puzzles. Learn something new, or engage in conversation and connect with people in the community.
In Unitarian Universalism we believe in learning from a variety of viewpoints and religious traditions. In this multigen service we will play, draw, and explore possibilities that allow for learning from each other across generations.
“Climate Change as of 2022: Simple, Serious, Solvable,” will be a fact-based look at the scientific state of the issues and impacts involved in climate change, localized in many ways to Michigan. We will explore, in a hopeful way, a range of ideas to address the significant challenges we face, including what each of us can do.
