A mystery is defined as something unexplained or inexplicable, or as a person or thing having qualities that arouse curiosity or speculation. The many mysteries of the DIA include stories and images, newly discovered meanings and issues of authenticity. Dave Galli from the Detroit Institute of Arts joins us for our Sunday service.
Our guest speaker will address the need for affordable housing and the importance of homeownership for the poor and disenfranchised, focusing on many initiatives taking place in the Detroit area, including neighborhoods of tiny homes. She will talk briefly about homelessness and returning citizens, also known as those who have been formerly incarcerated, and how her organization is committed to helping justice involved citizens overcome the many barriers they face.
