Diana Munch,
Music Director
Music plays an important role in our
Sunday services. The wonderful acoustics of our meeting room provide
a great venue for both solo and
small ensemble performances. Our latest edition of the Unitarian
Universalist hymnal, Singing the Living Tradition (1994) provides a
rich source of hymns that permits the entire congregation to
participate.
Our music director, Diana Munch,
joined us in 1998. Diana, a classically trained pianist, brings to
us a wide-ranging music program through her own playing and a wide
variety of guest artists. In the past year our services have been
interspersed with a variety of musical performances including the
adult and youth choirs as well as individual choral and instrumental
performances from members of our church family. Guest artists have
included vocal soloists, a jazz pianist, a classical guitarist, a
flautist, violist, a cellist, and folk and blues artists.
